The sound of the group consists in recreation processes over a repertoire of Brazilian instrumental music. Revisiting compositions of great masters such as Dominguinhos and Egberto Gismonti and proposing new arrangements, at the same time keeping space for spontaneous creation.
The project emerged from study sessions that focused on experiencing the language of popular genres inside the classic jazz trio environment, also using less traditional resources, as the extensive use of effect pedals. The trio is currently formed by Lucas Bonetti (guitar), Eduardo Brasil (bass) and Pedro Henning (drums).
LUCAS BONETTI
Guitar
Holds a doctoral and a masters degree in music at UNICAMP, where he researched the Moacir Santos's Film Scores.
EDUARDO BRASIL
Contrabass
Studied at Tatuí Conservatory. Played with renowned musicians of the Brazilian Manouche scene. Plays is musicals since 2011.
PEDRO HENNING
Drums
Teaches at Band Leader school since 2004, played in a huge variety of musical areas. Develops a great research of Brazilian rhythms applied to the drum kit, works as a studio musician.
